Windows 10 is done. The desks are not.
The machines did not leave. Churches, shops, and small offices still have them. They still open mail. They still hold the books. They are now a fleet with no patches unless someone writes a check for Extended Security Updates or buys hardware that Windows 11 will accept.
That is the shakedown. TPM. A CPU on the list. A fine laptop becomes landfill because the OS said so. Linux runs on the box you have.
We will not tell you every desk in America is switching. We will tell you this: if the work is in the browser, you do not have to keep an unpatched Windows 10 machine as the front door.
