Patches on a schedule
You are not waiting on Patch Tuesday and an emergency reboot the same week. We apply updates, we watch them, we do not disappear after install day.
Paper trail when you need it
Ubuntu Pro when a board, insurer, or auditor asks. Landscape or Fleet if the evidence has to be a report, not a screenshot.
Backups you can name
We check that they ran. A desk that cannot come back is not a managed desk.
What we will not pretend
HIPAA or SOC 2 without Ubuntu Pro and real device evidence is a no. Omarchy is not an auditor letter. Intune-mandated shops stay on Ubuntu or stay with someone else.
